Then I'm really mystified. If you're going to take someone who hasn't really played, why him? I know he's played well at the worlds in the past, but so has Steve Sullivan. Did they ask Primeau, a guy most everyone thought should have been on the World Cup team? Kariya? Carter? Hell, if you're gonna take someone who hasn't played, how about Jason Allison, a guy who has played very well internationally and is probably chomping at the bit to play.

Solid choice indeed...although I would have liked to see Allison on the team, or even Kariya...why doesnt he ever play anymore?

As a Preds fan, if asked to choose Walker or Sullivan, I'd take Walker every time. More complete player and his scoring is about equal at this point, anyway.
