What is the value of vlad? How much does it cost to get him out of NYR a how much to sign him. I would like to see him with Oilers. Any proposals?

I think he is a solid player who thrives with better talent. I'd like to see the Rangers keep him at about 3M per.
He's 25 and does lots of things right in the way he plays. He just hasn't scored much for a horrible NY team, but I think with the right linemates and coach, he could be much better. I'd say if he were on the block he is worth a 2nd and a decent prospect or 2 2nds or maybe a late first.

Oilers decline. 10th will have some high end prospects still left on the board.
I have a hard time believing Namestnkov will ever be more than a 35-40pt LW. Not interested at that price.
Also not sure we can afford a player like him for more than 2-2.5 million.
