Just want to bump this because I think the kid has looked great in the 3 games he has played so far. In all honesty he should have at least 2 goals right now. He got absolutely robbed in the Buffalo game, and that play last night where he picked up the loose puck from his feet to stick while turning on a dime to get a point blank shot off was a thing of beauty.

You know you have a good one when he's generating offense while playing on the 4th line. Liked what I saw from him when he was bumped up to the bread's line. I hope Quinn will keep that line together for a few games. The kid has shown that he belongs. I think once he really gets going we'll see some real magic from this kid.

Also he's faster than I thought he would be. Nice change of pace from how unexpectedly slow Kakko and Laf were when they stepped into the NHL. Great to see someone besides Panarin that can lead a rush through the neutral zone without turning it over.

Lastly, he 2-way game looks really good so far. Very responsible on the back check and active in the D-zone. He should be a center. lol

He also seems to have that "right place, right time" knack that we see in some goal scorers. In both of your examples, he was already there and then the puck found him.

He could easily have 4 points so far. Even Sedlak would of converted on at least one of those tasty dishes he's been flinging around.

As soon as Blackwell goes scoreless in a game, i'm sure Kravy will get bumped next to Panarin and Strome.

Really can’t wait for the first sweet, sweet VK five hole snipe in the NHL. He doesn’t look phased by the NHL at all only four games into his career.

I don’t want to trade Buch but VK is giving me the confidence to pull the trigger assuming the return is a good one.

I'm trying to no get attached to him. My gut feelling says it's a given he will be part if the trade to Búffalo.

So my response is correct, and beyond that you changing the narrative doesn't work. The point is there has not been a consistent commitment to putting the elite skill high end kids we have into significant roles. Extremely limited pp time and bouncing around the lineup is not what I consider committed significant roles.
Nay.
