Thanks Fenway.

He looks so relaxed and at peace. He made the right decision. It's hard to get used to a post-Bergeron Bruins world, but the man deserves to enjoy the rest of his life now. He's given us everything, and given a lot to the game. Glad he can step away with no regrets. Thank you Patrice.

Despite his long tenure and attachment to the organization, I didn't sense any nostalgia from him and zero regrets. Fully at peace and doesn't seem as though anyone was going to influence his decision.

Hope they find a spot for him in the organization at some point.

The man is simply an incredible human. No response to any question was anything but thoughtful, caring that he truly answered the question asked, respectful/professional/classy.

We’ve been so blessed.
Just watched it on my DVR, agree complete agree. I didn’t even cry, he was composed and genuine…perfect Patrice forever :yo:

Boy, sure looked like he and everyone else knew a long time ago last season was his last season.

We’ve been so blessed.

He ain't never gonna be a politician

there`s zero chance Bergy doesn`t move forward without a role in the organization, intelligent, articulate, great person on and off the ice. First game vs Habs at the TD next year, 1 hr, 34 minute jersey retirement ceremony:)
idk about that. If you noticed, he was pretty vague and non committal when asked if he was going to keep living in Boston. Sounded like maybe he has thoughts of returning to Quebec (or somewhere else). Definitely sounded like he doesn't want to coach.

don`t see him as a coach, see him as an AGM/GM/Prez down the road, he`s going nowhere, book it
