I don't think Fleury is a 60 game guy anymore, so trading Grubauer for him doesn't make sense for the Avs. I could see a deal tho. The Avs have cap space, Fleury is a shorter term contract, and they could do a hell of a lot worse than a Fleury/Grubauer tandem
