I'm staying at the Vdara. Which is across the street from the Aria, next door to the Bellagio. Arriving Friday evening, then Saturday renting a car to drive down to Phoenix to catch the NYR vs ARI game in Glendale, then Sunday watching the VGK vs NYR game at T-Mobile.

Sorry about earlier phantom posts. My HFboards wasn't working properly. I will be at the game on Sunday. I live here and I am telling you that T-Mobile arena is magnificent. The area around the arena is also magnificent. Easy walk or short tram. I usually walk over from Aria. But one of my friends told me there is a tram from the Crystal shops to T mobile arena. I can't confirm it. But if you are at Vdara you may want to check into it. But walking is fine too. It's a very friendly environment---very few if any hammerheads. So it should be a great time. Just don't expect the Rangers to win.

Not to sh!t on anyone’s plans but there’s a huge storm setting up over the Atlantic that could be be a bust and only drop an inch by Thursday night....or be a blizzard and NYC might get a foot.

I only mention this as I’m scheduled to leave from JFK Friday morning for Vegas and have been monitoring the storm. Staying at Delano as most Strip hotels are close to T-Mobile. If we are able to get out should be a great weekend...Wild Card weekend, Rangers, and 65 degree weather!

We considered doing the road trip to Phoenix but not worth giving up a night in Vegas.

Yeah, I hope the possible snow storm isn't a problem. My flight out of JFK isn't till around 3PM Friday, so I hope any issues from Thursday are resolved by then. My concern are the heavy winds on Friday, gusts of 40 mphs.

Hope you’re right...JFK will probably get between 6-9 inches nut the snow is supposed to taper off mid-afternoon. If we’re lucky that’s just enough time to get planes landing by the evening and turned around for Friday. We’ll see...

I’m in Sec 3, Row V

It doesn't look good, travel-wise, does it? I'm in the SE, so it shouldn't be a problem for me. Hope that everyone who plans to get there is able.

I might have an extra ticket (Sec.5 Row V), if any of you know of anyone looking. I suspect that there will be lots of Rangers fans looking to sell, though, given the potential of canceled travel.

I've got my fingers crossed . So far my flight on Delta is showing "On Time" as of now.

At JFK, 3PM flight is still on. :) There are about 15 or so NYR fans that I can see on this flight. Chatted with a couple of people so far. Love how Rangers fans travel.

Have fun...nothing better than Vegas. My 730 am flight was cancelled and the second flight they rebooked me on was also cancelled. By then the only thing they could put me on was a Sunday afternoon flight....
