Hell's kitchen is unbelievably fixed, have you noticed in every challenge it's always a tie between the teams and comes down to the last dish

It's very similar to The Apprentice, especially in the recent format of the UK version where it's more like Dragon's Den/Shark Tank rather than just hiring someone for a job. Lord Sugar generally knows who the best candidates are from their applications and business plans before the process even starts and the rest of them are diversity quota and comedy candidates.

Every year without fail there'll be a mixed race woman with a big ass who describes herself as the "Beyonce of Business" as one of the diversity candidates as well as the cockney London "Del Boy" white bloke who has been an entrepreneur since he started selling sweets in school who thinks he can sell ice to the Eskimos as one of the comedy candidates.

They did that really noticeably in the season 4 finale.

They showed how the guy was completely disorganized and didn't even write stuff down, leading to big issues during service, while the woman was fully prepared and only had small issues during service.

They had the nerve to play up the "Who will win" drama when it was pretty obvious if you were just barely paying attention.
