Ok I did research on the Vegas pool situation. They do NOT charge to use the pool. However, many, now DO charge to use/rent lounge chairs. I don't think all chairs have a fee though. And they have a valid reason.....they are what we refer to as " chair hogs". People do this on ships all the time and it infuriates many. People will go to the pool area at 7AM, drop a towel & some other item on a chair & then disappear for hours just to insure that whenever they feel the urge to go to the pool, they will have a prime location. Then people who really want to lay in the sun/use the pool at lets say 9AM can't find a chair because they all have these items on them. So again, you can still use the pool for free but you may not be able to find a free lounge chair.
