WC: USA Roster

Nothing new but maybe there is a chance that Leddy will come because he has not refused yet.

USAH has always typically named at least 15 players by this time in years past but it is very quiet right now. Usually they have named their college players by now but them not doing that is a good sign we won’t see the usual amount of college players on the roster this year. My guess is a lot of players playing in the first round have said they’ll play if eliminated and they won’t announce the majority of the players until most of the first round is done. They’ve had some players who publicly said they were interested but said management was waiting on others first. That’s a positive step in the right direction for this tournament.

Could be a pleasantly surprising roster for the first time in a while.

Watched most of this series. Gibson looks like he is fighting through a LBI. I'd be surprised if we see him in Denmark. I'd be happy with Miller if Gibson is unavailable.
 
Still no any news about team USA ... will US play this year on this tournament ? :D

Yeah, Gibson didn’t look 100%. No way he accepts the invite. Quick and Miller will decline as well. Kinkaid or Stalock will end up being the starting goalie for this team
 
COME ON BOSTON!!!! One more game to go and Auston Matthews is available!!! Anyone doubt he would come
?? The chance to play with Kane has to be beyond tempting as hell to end his year...

also, I heard from an Islander poster that Leddy is coming as well (him and Kane are buddies), anyone confirm this from New York? Seems like he would go this year without Kane, now that he is going makes a lot of sense for him to eat up a shit load more minutes here..

Campbell looked bad in the 2 games I saw from him this year, I have no problems with him being named, but would much rather have Kincaid to play the majority of games. Kincaid had a stretch of hockey that was nearly unmatched this year...I will take that and hope he just shows up and makes the saves he needs to.

Yeah the first year he had to get hernia surgery after the season & last year he didn’t have a contract. He’s got his contract now & who really knows but there’s been no speculation of him playing hurt. Only Simmonds has been speculated on the team to be playing through something.

Matthews looks hurt. He's been horrible in the series. Would love to be wrong though and see him in the USA kit dominating.

Anybody want to update me on what we got committed so far. I have been away from the internet for abit.
