Congrats to the US! Absolutely deserved victory despite the disappointing shootout ending. Hopefully the IIHF adopts 3 on 3 OT soon.

Canada's real folly in this game was refusing to bench Strome and Barzal on the powerplay despite it clearly not working at all for multiple games.

Such an amazing game. As a Canadian hockey fan it's too bad how it ended, but as a hockey fan in general that was fantastic to watch. Just too bad they couldn't have settled it in overtime.
