as a flames fan, this tournament could not have gone better. 2/5 players get gold medals. 4/5 players overall get medals. 5/5 had great tournaments.

Not quite. The semi-final game against Russia with the Eberle tying goal with 5 seconds left was slightly better.

see, I have class and when a select few start doing the "we dominated, lost in a shootout" to almost shortchange the victory for the USA win that makes me say one thing. They had 7 powerplays or so. They had their chance to end it. Also were up 2 twice

Sucks that the game had to end in a SO but it was an awesome game and both teams played a hell of a game! Gratulations to the US and don't be too hard on your Canadian boys!

Yeah congrats to the US, this is one of the biggest victories in your country's hockey history, top 5 night for hockey in the history of hockey in the US. All I can say is I don't feel as though we really lost.
