Regardless how this game turns out... I think hockey Canada needs to seriously look at the amount of import goalies in our junior ranks. I understand that Ingram and Hart are two of the best goalies in the CHL, but something is wrong. Canadian goaltending has been shaky for several years now and it never was like this before. I remember times in the 90's when our goalie actually won the gold for us. Now it's the other way around... I quiver every time there is a shot. I give Hart credit for what he did against Seesen, but he just doesn't play like a high caliber goalie. And the only explanation I have for it is the high number of imports. I've been saying this for the last 5 years. Am I wrong about this?

Not sure if it is the reason or not but you can just tell that unless we get a goal early it is only going to take one decent opportunity and the U.S will score.

Parsons made those game saving type saves when we were all over them at about the 11 minute mark last period but you can already tell we won't get that. It's not that Hart has played bad tonight...........he's just not good enough.

Great hockey! I'm a Canadian who just wants to see a great finish.

I'm a Canadian that wants to see a dump in back-handed blind-sided yolo-chop, for a fast line change only to have the puck hit the stanchion then ricochet off a linesman's skate and to beat the goalie taking a shot from the water bottle.
