It was a penalty, but wasn't initially called ... I'm confused.

Another bad offside call. Said the same in the Denmark/Russia thread, anything close they seem to default to offside this tournament. It's like the linesman decided that if any part of the puck comes out of the zone it's offside

Come on. It wasn't that bad. 2+10 are kinda okay but I think the refs called it after the US whining...kinda weak. But anyway. At least the US will see a lot of Thürkauf in the 3rd

Pure nonsense..Yanks caught a big break from 2 blind refs which gifted them with their first pp goal...
