I would say Chariot or Giordano to Toronto is pretty much guaranteed now. But, Hopefully Muzzin can come back in the playoffs. Its been a really rough season for him, hopefully he gets a chance to end it well.

That would depend on his health. Obviously if he is out long term he will placed on Long Term Injury Reserve.Would it be good option for the Leafs?
Was reading in the Post Game thread that Holl was excellent yesterday, wasn't on the ice for a goal for......true storyWe basically need both those guys or similar (Chiarot and Giordano). We're missing an entire pairing in our top 4 with Muzzin out and Holl being Holl. We simply cannot go into the playoffs with either Liljegren or Sandin getting top 4 minutes. Liljegren especially will get eaten alive by the physicality as he's still so inexperienced.
I disagree. Hopefully Muzzin might be able to get back in a couple of weeks depending on his health. But do the Leafs need him to get back? Don’t look for obvious, look for what benefits the team. That would depend on his health. Obviously if he is out long term he will placed on Long Term Injury Reserve.
Seems like a Captain Obvious kind of thread.

Definitely a fluke.A fluke. He still managed to make a couple signature Holl plays last night. My favorite being skating the puck behind his own net under pressure and coughing it up. He makes at least one terrible decision like that per game. His decision making is Gardiner-esque.

My point is even if he is relatively healthy and good to go (which would be awesome for him and his family) why not LTIR him anyway for cap and new players?Yes it depends on his health, that's what I said.
If he is out long he will go on LTIR if he's not he won't.
Does that benefit the team, seems that it would which is obvious.
That's against the rules. My point is even if he is relatively healthy and good to go (which would be awesome for him and his family) why not LTIR him anyway for cap and new players?
With Holl we'll go with 'dumb'.Pure luck. Or dumb luck?![]()
I doubt it’s the only thing people are thinking - I hope he’s ok and will continue to be healthy as well as Leafs managing the cap appropriately.Sports can be so cruel when A guy with concussion problems blacks out on the ice and the only thing anyone can think of is LTIR for cap space. I’m not innocent either just reflecting on how brutal the business is.
Dreger keeps saying Leafs interested in Chiarot. Dubas waiting for Habs to soften on the asking price perhaps.
Dreger hasn't had a Leafs scoop since the Nonis days.Dreger keeps saying Leafs interested in Chiarot. Dubas waiting for Habs to soften on the asking price perhaps.
He wasn't right from the last concussion .he's been wandering around the iceI highly doubt he will be back before the playoffs if at all. If we're smart, we should just let him rest until the playoffs and use his cap for a rental.
