what sort of psycho does that. it's pretty scary for those people, just going about their day at the subway and suddenly someone is stabbing them with scissors

The title of the thread is incorrect. Neither news article posted in this thread cites York Mills subway as the site of the crime. It happened at an apartment building on York Mills Rd.

saw a quick flash on the TV on the man taken to custody. Was able to see a smile as he was facing the camera, but the windshield tint made it hard to be certain
