How about a goalie who played more playoff games than regular season games... and the two years he played in the playoffs he didn't appear in any regular season games? Here is GORD HENRY.
Played one season game in 1948-49 and two in 1949-50 for the Bruins. Then in 1950-51 with Boston, he lost games 5 and 6 of the semi-finals, which Toronto won 4 games to 1 (one game was called because of curfew laws, tied 1-1 after one overtime period). Showed up again in 1952-53 to relieve Sugar Jim Henry after 17 minutes in game 2 of the finals against Montreal, allowing one goal in the only game Boston would win in the series. He lost games 3 and 4 by scores of 3-0 and 7-3. Sugar Jim returned for game 5 which Montreal won 1-0 to wrap up the series in 5 games.
So overall he played 3 regular season games and 5 playoff games!
