We loved those seats, though. They were directly behind the goal where the canes shoot twice, we had a great view of the whole ice, and because they were moving folks down to the lower bowl, there was nobody around us at all, which made them even better.

I've had season tickets in 330, 333, 334, and 102 (back in the "good ole days". Now, my son and I split a 22 game plan and we bounce between 333 and 334. That view allows you to see the whole ice, see plays developing, and you get the "Canes shoot twice" effect. I love 'em.

If it's anything like the fan vote, the NHL asked everyone which competition they wanted to be in, then put their favorite players in their best competition and just threw dice for everyone else
