This is not a playoffs team, not even with best coach on planet. But it also isn´t THIS BAD of a roster neither. Those looking at xs and os failures are missing the real issue. On top of lack of talent, coaching, goalie sucking, etc. the team simply has given up and accepted losing.

I suppose in a way that is on coaching as well.

But, at some point it is more an acceptance of reality.

If the team simply is not good enough, then all the rah rah motivating speeches in the world aren't going to do anything but look silly.
