I wanted to try and slot players into their proper pairings/lines. So I wouldn't have put chara on the 2nd line or weber.

And if you apply the cap, you need to rule out players on ELCs. Not really realistic to have guys like Saad all the way up to RNH, Yakupov and Landeskog on the cheap.

I basically said screw it and went for the increased cap that will most likely arrive next year
