Hockey is so fluid, so read-and-react you can't quantify almost anything. Everything has so much surrounding it contextually. You can't break things down into little discrete singular "events". Analysing hockey will always be a black art.Many teams do well and aren't top 5 teams in a bunch of areas. It's a big part but it misses a lot still and for me that's okay. You can't quantify everything.
