Haven't really looked at him too hard although I've watched a few games recently focusing on other players. The stats look decent, I'll take another look.

Not going to claim to have seen him myself, but the sentiment I’ve been getting is that he’s only that high for some because of his outstanding Hlinka performance. By and large he has been pretty underwhelming since then, and people are questioning his IQ.

I watched alot Blake Murray last season, but I haven't really follow him this season as much as I would like. How would you describe his play this season?

Last year he was impressive because of how he put the team on his back and led them, but this year he's been alright, matching if not slightly under the pace of last year. He may still be laboring a bit from his shoulder injury earlier in the year, but I think he could play better. I'm pretty sure he is on the second line though usually behind Levin / Byfield / Nizhnikov.

99 pretty much nailed it. Button had him high because of the Hlinka and I think people took that too much to heart. He really has shown wild inconsistencies and is a high risk pick right now. Potential and toolbox is there though. Great that he's playing in the second division of Swedish hockey but no real offense from him.
