Highly recommend Columbus for away group travel.

I'm a Leaf fan outside Detroit. Seen the Leafs in St. Louis, Chicago, Columbus and Detroit. Columbus is my favorite arena for road trips. Tons of Leafs fans, reasonable seat prices, lots of fun. Although Detroit is a much shorter ride home.

Been to Columbus a few times now, great road venue. Would have went back again this year but the dates didn’t work.

To answer the OP, in my experience any bars near the rink will have Leaf fans pre game.
