Is it not alphabetical in F/D/G columns? What the actual f*** is up with our team’s social media? There’s no rhyme or reason to how these players are listed.

I’m an idiot. That’s a weird way to do it though.Lol they're in alphabetical order.
That approach will serve to motivate the entire Rangers roster and lead them to unprecedented success in the decade to come.
None yet. But my mother-in-law is staying with us at the moment, so I should probably be on my third bottle by dinner time.
But I agree, this is perhaps THE most unique time in modern history for this team.
There's arguably more prospect potential on the board than at any point in franchise history (the only real challenger would be the early 90s).
On top of that, there's legit high-end NHL talent on the board.
They can arguably make a competitive offer for most players they could want or need.
You've got legit, franchise-level potential on this roster. I mean honestly, prior to this fall, Kakko was in rare company in franchise history for how he was viewed. Lafreniere is beyond even that. There is literally no point of reference for this as a franchise.
Consider that we have a group of defenseman, age 26 and younger, than includes Trouba, DeAnglo, Lundkvist, Schneider, Robertson, Lindgren, Miller, and Jones and that it is not possible to have all of them on the roster at the same time. I mean just reflect on that for a second. It's absolutely insane.
You forgot Fox. That’s crazy.None yet. But my mother-in-law is staying with us at the moment, so I should probably be on my third bottle by dinner time.

Jesus is that Messier?hate that North American style
Awesome
He hits an Islander like that...he gets challenged ...does he fight ? You know Martin or Johnson will be looking for him or the Isle Captain ...he for sure will get asked....Don't expect Chytil to do anything ...Gauthier might have to dance or find the train to Hartford .OMFG Laf absolutely BLASTED Hajek.
Cant wait to see that in a game

Dude ranked NHL lines by 3-year WAR & GSVA.
(1) Kreider-Zibanejad-Buchnevich – 11th
(2) Panarin-Strome-Kakko – 20th*
(3) Lafreniere-Chytil-Gauthier – 22nd
(4) Lemieux-Rooney-Howden – 27th
*Panarin-Strome-Replacement Player – 12th
Careful. @PuckLuck3043 might explode reading this.It goes even beyond that. Trouba, ADA, Fox, Lindgren, Miller, Lundkvist, Schneider, Robertson... Hajek, Skinner, etc.
If we were a shallower prospect pool like we have been in the past or many other teams are, we’d be saying be patient with Hajek, he has good potential. Skinner just played in the WJC, he’s a sleeper!!
Lafreniere, Kakko, Chytil, Kravstov, Gauthier, Barron, Howden... Karlsson, Berard, Vierling, Cullye.
Again, if we were half as rich as we are in prospects we’d be talking about Kravstov nearly the way we’re talking about Laf and instead he’s a footnote due to Laf, Kakko, Miller, etc. We’d be preaching patience with Howden and talking about upside, Berard would be getting even more hype for his WJC performance.
Shesterkin, Georgiev, Wall, Garand. Going seamlessly from the Lundqvist era directly into an era where you have a kid so good that Georgiev is an after through, even though Georgiev has young starter written all over him. Guys like Wall in the system. Again, we’d be pointing to Garand’s inclusion in the WJC.
The fact that Kreider, Trouba, Zibanejad, Panarin and Buchnevich are the veteran leadership core of this team and that two of those guys just paced for 100 points and all of them are under 30. It’s kind of unprecedented.
You look at another team like LA with a ton of great prospects but the veteran core is all over the hill and the kids will have to do it all by themselves as the GM tries to fill in around them, because Doughty, Kopitar, Brown, Carter and Quick are basically spent.
We’re in an incredible place in franchise history and Lafreniere has all the signs of being a ... messiah.
They will not take be shown up by a rookie on a heated cross town rival....it will happen . One club that for sure is not going to stand around and take it...is definitely the Islanders ! Who will be our Moose Dupont ...the former Ranger /Flyer that led the league in fight rescues in the 70's for those that say ...WHO ? My money is on TonyD !Um...
If the Isles cant handle getting hit by a 19 year old rookie, they might as well pack it in.
He'd probably drop Lee though.

really love seeing this chart. Shows just how far our roster has to go. Big seasons by Buch, Kakko, and Laf can really propel us up these rankings.
He will dress in at least one of their first 2 games I would guess unless the Isles win the first game and then there would be no roster changes probably ? I do hope though that Laf can inspire a few more of our guys to play that way more consistently...then we really have something that will be fun to watch . We have a big club with some speed....now we need to use it .PUMPED !If they get their feathers ruffled over Lafreniere knocking a few of their guys on their asses they're f***ed.
Plus Johnson and Martin barely play. Martin doesn't really chuck them all that well anymore (Lemieux would eat him alive). Johnson is a legit heavy but I don't even know if he'll dress.

What leetch99 is saying is that's part of the Islanders MO. They like it when the games goes physical though FWIW they're going to be challenging Lafreniere---big hits or not. I know---they're likely to take extra penalties but penalties taken aren't exactly power play goals if you don't take advantage of them.
....and the Islanders are better set up for protecting Barzal than the Rangers are for protecting Lafreniere. Barzal is also very strong on his skate.
Exactly. If that goon Johnston is out of the lineup they’re lambs. Are they?
Martin and Johnston are the only tough guys they have. They hade weasels like Cizikas and Clutterbuck but I wouldn’t call them tough.
