I once dreamt I was in a world of praying mantises that were six feet tall. It was quite the nightmare.
K'Andre is 6'5 and bout to be the Isles Nightmare

Zuccarello was a lizard.
K'Andre a praying mantis.
What's next?
I feel very excited but am also reminding myself we’re starting with 2 rookies who’ve never played an nhl game, 4 players in their sophomore year, and our average weighted team age is probably going to be around 22-23 by the end of the year.Folks,
I am excited.
Why? As bad as he is he's better than Johnson
For sure. You definitely don't want to have sex with one of them either.
Yes all this is true and it’s a really tough division. Should be fun.I feel very excited but am also reminding myself we’re starting with 2 rookies who’ve never played an nhl game, 4 players in their sophomore year, and our average weighted team age is probably going to be around 22-23 by the end of the year.
the name of the game is going to be amazing plays, and really boneheaded defensive lapses.

Reminds me of the Leafs a few years back when their core was just starting to percolate, except we have veteran legit threats also and an airtight goalie who will be masking a lot of D deficiencies.
True. The pipeline is good. That and we have actual D prospects who are good.
Who are our LHD prospects of note besides Miller? That and we have actual D prospects who are good.

Are Robertson or Jones good enough to be NHLers? They seem more like outliers at this point rather than serious contenders to even sniff the lineup.Robertson and Jones.
Remember Lindgren is already here and at the very least can hold down a top 6 role adequately if not better than that. He was really good post new years.

Howden is gonna be our number 1 center thursday eve. Maybe even thursday and Saturday. Would anyone be shocked if Mika is given some time off from game action? Also this needs to be said, but David Quinn's roster decisions are kind of baffling.
He went super conservative to the point where hes probably holding the team back with his forward lines (to an extent, that 3rd line is crazy green) and PP units (this annoys me more than the lines), but hes also going to throw Key out there with Trouba and that is a pair that is going to soak some significant minutes.
At least he kept Howden out of the top 9 for now.

Yeah at that point Howden would have to slide in between Kreider and Buch. Really no other option I don't think. No, but due to the circumstances I wouldn't kill Quinn for doing it.
... Even if Kreider and Buchnevich should be playing with Chytil.
Lindgren and Fox are our top pair (unless Miller exceeds all expectations). Ever since Lindgren has been given a chance he has taken and run with it. His chemistry with Fox is real too which helps.Robertson and Jones.
