I sincerely doubt thats the case. I think its more... we're right there and a couple adds could get us into the playoffs. The cupboard is stocked. It's been 12 years.... Lets try it.

People keep saying this, the deadline hasn't passed and prices at this moment are outrageous. The East is a war, Adams isn't going to get sucked into paying Jeannot prices or 2 1sts for Ekholm. Just have some patience.

Who is hoping the team bottoms out?

Maybe we're just hoping to get to the next stage with just the slightest bit of help from competent management?

We have more people praying this team bottoms out so they can say "I told you so" rather than just cheering for this team of kids and the two best individual player seasons we've seen in 30 years in the most exciting season in 13 years.

Yeah... our team is so damn cool - other fanbases are admiring/scared/jealous of our build. I try giving people the benefit of the doubt that their impatience and shortsightedness is the result of zealous fandom and our brutal drought, but holy **** stop and smell the roses.

What I can't imagine is those teams having them on cheap deals and not trying to win through the entirety of it.

There is no contender for worst owner on history

No one else is rocking a solid 0 percent success

We've won five of six and are in the driver's seat for a playoff spot - plus we're about to have our first 50 goal scorer in like 30 years - AND we have two young stud defensemen, AND we have an insane pipeline - but yeah we're a "bag blowing in the wind" because...people just hate happiness and life?

They were around the cap for portions of Okposo's tenure in Buffalo.

The contract is less than ideal. It is a showstopper for some people. But, it is not for me.




I'd rather have Bloom in the pipeline and Peterka in the lineup.

I'd rather have Poolparty in the lineup and Peterka in Rochester (for now).
