yea kinda my thinking while they remain on the bubble. Joki certainly can't replace CP, but maybe he's a cheap 'tread water' option while not selling, nor really going for it, they need a RD. Fowler-Faulk, Broberg-Joki, Suter-Leddy. Not pretty really either way.

Was it to Winnipeg for a 1st and the Manitoba moose #2 defenseman?

(I ask because I just had a co worker tell me that happened and seemed very sure until we fact checked it)

Jokiharju is likely.

Zucker is possible but his foot injury (week to week maybe?) makes him unlikely, IMO. Still possible.

Everything else is internet rumor.
