I honestly think we need a pretty significant upgrade up front on our 2nd line if we're contending with the likes of Florida and Tampa and even Carolina and Boston.

Our 2nd line is just weak all over. We need a capable LW.

This is what we have right now. With an open contract spot with Muzzin out.

The contract issue, with them being near the limit with college FA's available and their own college FA's coming of age is something to watch for tomorrow. If Muzzin is out until the playoffs they can also add short term cap problems to recoup some assets.

Paul is nice but I don’t think he’s that second line LWer that’s needed and he’s likely not better than what they already have
