That could mean anything tho. 2 7ths is multiple draft picks. So is 2 1sts.

Obviously I don’t think it’s either of those returns but multiple draft picks doesn’t tell us much.

Please let it be a soft trade for us, ideally for a spare part.

The guy is 38 and UFA. He doesn't do anything but bump either Sandin or Liljegren out of the lineup.

He's not a a game-changer or a long-term addition.

Not a fan.....

I love Sandin but this is about solidifying our defensive consistency. Giordano is definitely a more rounded and consistent player. And he's a much better skater. This isn't to say Sandin should sit or be traded because he's really good at what he does, but with Muzzin out last year, we saw how tough it was to replace what he brings to the table.

So if everyone is healthy, Giordano will 100% be an upgrade.

Likely unpopular, but I think you see Holl in over Sandin. This isn't me wanting this, just to clarify. Just feel like the coaching staff will go with Holl in that #6 spot if he isn't moved

Gio is not what we need unless, we need another leader? He pushes Holl down to the 3rd pair. Where he is a lefty he wont play with Rielly, Brodie played on the right side with him in Calgary. I'm guessing its still Rilley- Lush and Gio - Brodie and Holl-Muzz as the 3rd pairing? Pushing lily and sandin out of the line up is addition by subtraction I guess.
