He's the same player he's always been. Was one of the few guys who was giving loads of trouble to Chicago's forwards in the playoffs before everybody's favorite Freddy Andersen started letting everything in.Reports are he has been trending down for 2 years now. I’m not going to pretend I watch close enough to have an opinion and he has apparently been babysitting rookies.
But the idea that lindholms stats for the last 2 years have dropped isn’t new

Seravalli thinks its possible Bertuzzi is moved by Monday. 48 points in 50 games. Signed through next season.
Now sure what the cross border rules are at the moment but I imagine the vaccination status takes the Leafs out.
Anaheim also become a pretty bad team over that time

they all do, yes.Do any of these stats take into account the team he plays for?

Fill me in - what's the recent history of Ducks D?given the recent history of Ducks defensemen...does that mean he's always been overrated, just like the others?

That must be main board stupidity. I'm pretty confident Lindholm is far above Montour."it'll cost Willy if you want Montour!"

Sometimes he's like that, yeah. He's been decent-ish with Florida this year but with very limited minutes.Dreger and LeBrun both said that about Montour.
This is what I think we end up with on the blue line:
Rielly - Lyubshkin
Giordano - Brodie
Muzzin - Holl
Sandin and Liljegren will start the playoffs on the sidelines, which is probably the right call.
They have been terrific, but as we all know, the playoffs are a different animal and I'm not sure they're ready for it yet.Sandin-Liljegren has been probably the best bottom defense pair in hockey this year.
would be so leafy to sit them out for grunts.

If Anaheim wants Nylander, I'd be asking for more than just Lindholm with an extension. Rakell, Lindholm and Gibson for a start.I've been high on this guy since his draft year so I'm ready for that adventure if we do indeed get him. Might not be everyone's cup of tea I know. I think our cup chances are extremely high if we make this deal and I also think Dubas is not foolish enough to not have some sort of plan if he does make the trade. Every year I hear about how we can't make things work cap wise and at the end of the day, somehow it didn't turn out to be an issue.
Edit: As for the Nylander part no, if I have the hindsight to see it will cost us Nylander, I veto the Lindholm trade.
