Little chance they can be worse than last night.

Pens had their win streak broken by a broken Rangers team last night.

Should be a team we walk over, but his incarnation of the Leafs doesn't seem able to walk over anyone (in so far as blowing them out on the scoreboard).

Looking forward to getting some actual NHL bodies back.

I'm expecting another loss. Anything better than that would be a bonus.

Our Leafs need to score more than 3 goals a game if they want to win !!! The Refs always spot the U.S. based team at least 1 goal !!!

I think this is very winnable. Just stick to the game plan.

Pittsburgh isn't a very good team.

They need to score a bunch tonight and get feeling good again.

A lot of games coming up.

Despite a 2-1 record so far, this week has been rough for the Leafs from a quality of play perspective. Gotta get back on track.

Patches in, Robertson out. Could make an argument for Reaves sitting a game too but probably not.

Knies-Matthews-Nylander
Pacioretty-Tavares-Marner
Holmberg-Minten-Grebenkin
Lorentz-Dewar-Reaves

?

Is Rifai still up? Could get a game in?

Hope they aren't rushing Patch and he's truly ready to go..

The team needs to shake off the December cobwebs here, as they look a little dopey and uncommitted over the last few games. Morgan seems to lead the charge with that every Christmas. Hes been downright comatosed for a weeknor so. And we've seen it all before after November, so getting back on track here would show that the team is in fact, a little different this year.

Let's go you sleepy-azz clowns!!! Get the job done.

Hoping for the win today but not overly confident. The replacement players will realize their chance to impress is coming to an end so I expect they lay it all on the line.

He has games played bonuses i n his contract and he told the media two days ago that he is healthy and ready to go. I presume Berube didn;t want to break up a winning lineup.

Patch was playing great, he needs to continue this post injury.

I hope he keeps Mitch and Matthews apart too. Sure they can score in long stretches but the team is better with the balance and they aren't always a guaranteed HR in any game.

Reaves was so utterly useless that Robertson gets to play today. He looks like he's out there in a father and son game and he's a father who's legs are long gone and there never was any skill to start with.

Robertson is back in? That’s surprising

At the Marlies game in laval.

Murray started but was removed from the game mid way through the first frame for no apparent reason.

To follow.

Edit Murray have not returned Akhtyamov is now dressed up on the bench instead.

This should be a Leafs win. Pittsburgh has no advantage in terms of back to backs or travel, they played in New York last night and had to travel home. Woll should provide great goaltending as usual, Patches will have fresh legs and the rest of the team should be sour about last nights affair and hungry for a bounce back. Pittsburgh is probably ticked too but despite their recent hot streak they still stink. GLG.

They wanna showcase Robertson to Dubas. He wants a younger team and knows Robertson well... I would not be surprised at all if he ended up there.

He'll score a the 5th goal of the 6-1 win and Dubas won't let him leave
