A team spokeswoman said Roy was in some pain after blocking a shot Wednesday in a loss to the Utica Comets and just wanted to put the injured body part to the test. After seeing assistant coach Kelly Buchberger friendly roughing him against the ramp after a few drills, we can assume that the Rocket's leading scorer isn't suffering from anything too serious.

Houle is not the problem .
Team collectively played like turds; no better word.
Hot takes from tonight:
Mailloux is looking good when he's in the opposing zone, but geez he looks terrible in his own zone. Completely lost and a a bag full of brain farts.
The kid needs a ton of mileage before becoming a NHL'er.
Roy is something else; brightest guy on the Rockets roster by a country mile.
Play this kid with talented teammates and he'll burn the league.
Once he gets his chance in the NHL, he'll put up points, zero doubts.
Kidney, Mysak, Farrell = completely ineffective/invisible. Can't imagine any of these diminutive kids making an impact at the higher level, if they ever make it to the NHL.
Pretty sure Beck is already way way ahead of all of them.
Struble plays a sound game; nothing flashy, but not many mistakes either.
