I’m expecting him to morph into a strong LW.He will be a good third line center for us when he resigns at lower cap hit. Hopefully 5 million or less.

Not sure which goal it was, but Muzzin out holding some guys stick in the face-off circle while Liljegren is trying to cover two men. Saad's goal, poor decision making by Muzzin.
Muzzin chased his man up the boards and accomplished nothing.
Nice pass by Campbell on the first goal of the game.
You probably mean a bad game
nope said what I meant. Liljegren looked totally fine for 99% of that game
This was point about the difference in style of games between Pens wide open end to end rushes and STL game tighter checking low shots and chances and more physical and less free wheeling.
The Blues game to me was more equatable to playoff style hockey we should expect. IMO
Will the Penguins play more like the Penguins in the playoffs or like St. Louis?
What does your post even mean "playoff hockey", every team plays different.

On Saad's go ahead goal, I'm having a hard time understanding why Muzzin was playing zone defense on O'Reilly, chasing him behind the net and half way up the left sidewall where he wasn't going to do anything, or how Tavares manages to make a complete non play along the wall to seal up the pass to Parayko. But to be fair to Muzzin there was a lot of fire drill stuff going on, like the Brodie Rielly breakdown on the third goal when the Leafs had back pressure, guys in the slot and they all just puck watched for a few seconds.
Everyone has a bad game occasionallyYou probably mean a bad game
STL plays a big heavy game, but our Leafs have tons of skill and prefer a more open skating style game where they excel.
Pitts has a lot of skill as well so they might like, much like the Leafs to open things up and let skill on skill determine who wins.
It easier to play a playoff style game during the regular season, and not need to flip a magical switch come playoff time.
A player like Matthews winning the Rocket in the regular season and then 1 goal in 7 playoff games or Marner going from 1.2 PPG in the regular season and then .5 PPG in the playoffs suggest that "playoff style" hockey has an impact on Leafs stars.

What style of game was St Louis playing when they lost to Montreal? This was point about the difference in style of games between Pens wide open end to end rushes and STL game tighter checking low shots and chances and more physical and less free wheeling.

Pittsburgh has been a better shot and chance suppression team this year than St Louis, and the majority of St Louis' goals were off the rush. This was point about the difference in style of games between Pens wide open end to end rushes and STL game tighter checking low shots and chances and more physical and less free wheeling.
Except whatever you think "playoff style hockey" is is not what led to lesser raw production from Matthews/Marner last year. And using your logic, we'd conclude that Leaf star Nylander excels in "playoff style" hockey anyway, right? Why no mention of that?A player like Matthews winning the Rocket in the regular season and then 1 goal in 7 playoff games or Marner going from 1.2 PPG in the regular season and then .5 PPG in the playoffs suggest that "playoff style" hockey has an impact on Leafs stars.
All 5 guys were back by the time Blues setup. I don't buy this.4th goal was liljegren fault with an indivial play on neutral zone with perron just stole him easyly the puck and created a kind of chaos defensivly for toronto.
