I love the chance to play some good teams, I just hope they fight every game regardless of outcome.
But it's not until Nov. anything can happen with players but it also gives Herman time to prepare.

It’s just going to be fun to watch guys like Osorio and Laryea go up against the worlds best. Sure TFC has played friendlies in the past vs top quality but never with something on the line.

Canada was consistently better then Mexico (9) and U.S.A (15) over 14 games in qualifying, beating them both. I don’t think either of those teams are better then Croatia (16) but it shows that with a front line of Davies-Larin/David-Buchanan anything can happen and Canada is going to be able to compete against top 20 teams. I don’t believe Croatia is top 5 or top 10. Croatia is a winnable game even though it would still be an upset. Anything can happen in World Cup.

Croatia’s actual ranking is probably somewhere between 9th and 12th in the world IMO but form will be a massive factor.

I wouldn't put too much stock in FIFA rankings. For example, the top 3 clubs in CONCACAF World Cup qualifying were as follows:

1. Canada - 38th
2. Mexico - 9th
3. USA - 15th

As we all know, Canada was undefeated against Mexico and USA in the qualifying cycle. Mexico is definitely not a top 10 club in the world at the moment, and based on Canada's recent form, I would go as far as to suggest that we could theoretically be ranked much closer to the top 20.

Well deserved victory against a strong squad. Bradley Sr. has them well organized defensively, and we have enough skill to capitalize on the counter, despite our injuries.

Very enjoyable game to watch.

I really like Salcedo and Jimenez. I'll say this the players that were brought in to be difference makers, have indeed been difference makers.

What's the deal with Chris Mavinga? Injury or dog house?
