What's going on with Ryan Reeves? Looks like he insists he's been feeling great and ready to play for weeks now. Why is Toronto keeping him on IR? Why is Toronto allowed to do this?

Player insists is usually not a good reason. He might have something that, outside of play, might feel ok, but can be aggravated if he does play full contact.
