the incentive for Winnipeg is they win the trade. I don't see any incentive for the Leafs though

Bracco really tips the scales in WPGs favor

The value seems to be in WPG’s favor for sure but it doesn’t seem to fill the need. Going from Wheeler to Marner would be great but downgrading at every other part doesn’t seem like a good plan especially with how weak their D is.
