Haven't the Kings benfitted from the Leafs eye for talent with Moore and Durzi? I don't get the saltiness. Lots of players derided as prospects in their system go on to emerge with other teams.

One can hope, but he hasn't shown the offense needed to be a star. Though, he did get 7 points in his 11 games as a Marlie, but the sample size is too low to draw any conclusions. His time in Finland hasn't seen an offensive upside. Anyway, I hope you are right!

Possibly, I think most Leafs fans believe that he can become a third pair guy. Some of the more optimistic see his peak as a #4, but who knows? Though I like the moxy of that one poster, dj Mahony, who thinks he will be a star.
