B-contingent on Jones regaining form that he's not playing at
C- contingent on Rielly not regaining form from his current down year.

There's not a 1st and a good prospect difference there.

I would be more than happy to do Rielly for Jones straight up and most Leaf fans would likely say the same. I just assumed Jones was held in higher regard despite his season.

Better environment winning wise he’d be a solid second pair guy, who can play as ok first pair (second fiddle). Keep him off the first power play.
