Who gets second place in the tiebreaker between Canada and the USA?

Obviously both teams should win there next game vs the Ukraine and therefore both teams will finish with 3 - 1 - 1 records and tied for second in their pool, as long as Sweden beats Latvia, which would guarantee the Swedes first.

Would Canada take second place because of their head to head win against the USA?

Yes they whould get 2nd and if USA and they whould have played a tie it whould be +/- to deside and after that the one who scored most goals and after that shoot out
