ok back to Chabot. He needs to come back and make a statement and show how CRUCIAL he is to this team so the trade proposals stop for good. We need more drivers, not less.

That said, he really has to stop getting injured, He played all games in 2019-20, "only" missed 7 in 2020-21 but the 3 seasons since, has missed too many games

Yup, I love the extra patience he has, which with the forwards playing back to support, makes for some nifty exits under pressure.

3-4 years ago? Some players enter their prime and leave it in 3-4 years. Poor argument to make. And it's more about changing the guard than saying he's done. I still without a doubt can see Chabot putting up a top 5 D man season on another team.

I'm not sure if Chabot got it wrong or TSN1200 (could be a victim of auto complete) but he/they almost certainly meant hyperextension.
