If Willie Mitchell isn't resigned. Which seems likely in my opinion. Not one single player on this team was acquired in the traditional free agent market.

I worded it like that, because, Jones and Muzzin were technically signed as free agents. But, undrafted free agents, who never played a second of professional hockey. And were signed to ELC's. In this day and age of professional sports. That is TRULY amazing!

I think Muzzin was drafted in the 5th round, buy florida, or pittsburgh I'm not sure wich. They didn't sign him so he became a free agent.

We have $5,750,000 in cap space and only King (and perhaps Mitchell) to sign from the team.

It's conceivable that we won't sign a single UFA this summer, other than guys destined for Manchester.

Brayden McNabb...likely to make $1M and likely to make the team or he'd have to pass through waivers first (not likely).

If the Kings wanna carry 8 DMen, they'd have >$3M to sign Mitchell and have no space for a deadline deal.
 
Why does the thread title seem like an incomplete sentence? A better title would've been This Team was truly built via the draft and trades or This teams was truly built to win.
 
Totally true. I hope you guys are giving credit to Taylor too for actually seeing a "need", a place where we could develop our talent, and addressing that with Manch. Thank you DT and DL. :)
