The PGT/end of season thread was just to full of piss and vinegar. They made the playoffs, wich would have made almomst everyone happy when the season started, they won the first round, and most had that as the goal of the playoffs. Then they beat the heavy favourites CAR, and gave TBL a much harder fight then the powerhouse FLA was able to do. It just felt they ran out of gas in the second half of the TBL series. First real playoff for many of our young players, and they mostly played better in the PO's then the regular season.

A very young team, the follosing seasons should be very fun as a NYR fan.

yep not upset at all. At least we know this team has what it takes to win series and playoff games against top competition. I mean the Canes were one of the best teams over the past few seasons and I was 100% confident we were winning that series. We were also the only team since the 2019 CBJ to beat Tampa back to back in games.

This team isn’t the Leafs or the Panthers. We don’t have to wait forever for them to win a single series, we have more series wins these playoffs than both teams combined in the 21st century.

This team is winning a cup together. Our core of Mika, Fox, Igor, Panarin, Kandre, Lafreniere, Trouba, Schneider, Lindgren, etc. is special
