Moreno hit the ball and it ends up stuck in the outfield wall

For real, the Jays should give Moreno a chance to blossom in the bigs. He's the #1 prospect in all of baseball and he's got potential to be the best catcher in the league one day - you just can't give up that type of talent unless you're getting someone like Juan Soto or Shohei Ohtani in return.

Danny Jansen is a decent catcher and is a starting catcher on most teams but the Jays could legit have two of the best catchers in baseball on their team for yearsssss

Been hearing a lot of comments about how Berrios relies on a high spin rate for his FB to be effective, and I'm just trying to find out where people are getting this info from. His 4-seam/sinker spin rates are right around his career marks, movements are pretty similar too.

Phillies deadline acquisition Brandon Marsh got hurt so Zimmer is likely their starting CF where he will probably be better than what he was here knowing our luck.

I

I think some of their players have graduated but yes, their being last is awful.

Sucks the O's are first.
Like yourself i hate anyone having better then the Blue Jays. But credit to the Orioles after having so many years under Mickey mouse mgmt they are finally starting to turn the corner. Ofcourse being so bad helps with draft picks, but their development seems to be much better.

Good for baseball overall.

It will be interesting to see how the division plays out next year. I am thinking the Red Sox are the bottom team.

For some reason I thought he couldn’t be optioned

But if he has options, I would have rather optioned him and if he still sucks in AAA, keep him there.

I think the reason why they won't option him is because of how bad our starter depth is now that Max Castillo is gone.

If Kikuchi is optioned he has to stay there for at least 15 days. If one of the starters gets hurt during that time we would have to see another Casey Lawrence or Thomas Hatch start.
