The Wilson supporters really embellish how poor of a passer Fields is. He’s good enough when you consider the threat he poses with his legs. Tomlin made him play a conservative style and then benched him. The guy is a moron and has no idea how to develop a QB.

Good defensive staff's needed film and after a 4-6 games they started taking away his top 3-4 throws he likes... as you can see, it was up to Tomlin/Smith to return serve and change the gameplan.

If you are going to be a pocket passing QB and have no mobility, you need amazing vision. Wilson is athletically washed, but he also has no ability to hit intermediate passes. He is not a starting QB for an NFL team next year.
