I can't believe they somehow took the lead. Then again it doesn't mean anything cause of the busted coverage and the putrid OL.

What an end to the game. Sucks we lost but it was a fun game to watch.

Also, I wonder if Heyward will make the Hall of Fame. I'm thinking no unless he wins a SB.

So no, then.

I think he is the 2nd or 3rd best DL in team history. Only Greene and maybe Greenwood were better. Greene is HOF and Greenwood should be. Heyward is right there in talent and production.

The best outcome was probably to lose and improve the draft position. Still a little disappointing. Fun game to watch though.

We don't deserve Cam Heyward. If this team is going through a rebuild next season, it would benefit the team and Heyward to move him. He deserve to compete for a championship, and we could use the assets he would return.

Just came across this from last week:

**************
Gerry Dulac: Why do Steelers struggle to adjust to conditions on the ground?
https://www.post-gazette.com/sports/ste ... 2111190104
"While attempting to explain how the Detroit Lions ran for the fourth-most yards in his 15-year tenure with the Steelers, Mike Tomlin acknowledged at his weekly Tuesday news conference that he had come into some information after the game that might shed some light on the inept failure of the Steelers defense.

Was it the Lions had secretly taped their practices?

The Steelers were wearing shoes with no cleats?

The Lions had their running backs smear motor oil on their game pants?

No, it was something more than that.

“We now have information,” Tomlin began, sounding like a lead detective working on a cold-case file, “that coach [Dan] Campbell was calling plays.”

Wait ... what?

“And that,” Tomlin said, “created an unsteady environment relative to what we had planned for and anticipated.”

You can't make this stuff up.

And Tomlin again after last night’s game faults the coaching for not adjusting better to the personnel they had…lol…he knows he can throw shade at himself and his own staff because AR2 will NEVER fire him regardless of whatever incompetence he puts out there lol

Well he's been throwing everyone else under the bus in the media all season so he knows he's gotta mix it up so he doesn't look like the dbag he is.
