OT: The Philadelphia Seventy Sixers: Maxeymum Effort (22/23 Regular Season)

I don’t know whether it ends up being so or not, but the difference in feel of giving up Smart vs Brogdon is huge. I get that it’s a bet on Derrick White, who I love. But this roster can’t really go small and be terrifying anymore. And now it feels like they need a playmaker.
 
The Sixers path to a title, whether Harden re-signs or not, comes down to the impact of Nurse and if Maxey can improve even further. They aren't going to win shit unless Nurse proves to be a much better coach for this group than Rivers and Maxey elevates to a legit star quality player.

That's gonna be a tough hill to climb. Personally, my expectations are nearly rock bottom for this team. Nothing will impress me much in the regular season ...even another 50 win season
 
It’s hard to figure out who to even spend time watching. My only real observation so far is that Jordan Hawkins’ FT form is as close to perfection as it gets. That 89% is repeatable.
