@Young Sandwich how much do you get out of one of those bags - is it significantly more than a normal bag of ramen? From a very quick glance, they look like they are a lot healthier, but around 20x as expensive.
I got a pack of 5 of the bags for $11 I think. Definitely more expensive than standard ramen, but still pretty cheap overall. Probably slightly more noodles in this one and the sauce it comes with is an actual sauce packet, not just dried seasoning. The flavor went perfectly with the PB and I added a fried egg on top too. You can let your imagination run wild.

You can absolutely do the same thing with normal ramen too, just may need to find a flavor that would jibe with the PB.

Guys I actually had blood work done at Atlantic care Egg Harbor Township

Of the 20 things A1C and BSR were high

Everything else was normal even BP 124/78

So for a month I been going every other day to the planet Fitness but using a treadmill everyday day, weights every other day

But I changed my eating habits

First I normally have

Nestle pure life home water delivery usually 8 5 gallon jugs

But I drink a huge beer size glass of

Weigh protein from gnc and Metamucil

When I know I got weights NO XPLODE mix with water

Foods

Avocado , apple, orange, grapefruit, banana 1 daily everyday

Greek yogurt 1 daily usually at lunch

Black coffee no sugar 1 cup at work before I clock in.

Hydroxide cut 1 each day usually before work

I skip breakfast and lunch for meals, I use the above spread out.

Coconut milk, small cup at home.

Salmon
Chicken - lean or grilled
Bag of veggies heated
Bag of salad

So I noticed im losing weight.

They said if I drop 20lbs the A1C will drop. I was at 238 when A1C hit 7.2 which is diabetes area

So gotta lower that.

BSR 131 gotta get that to 99.

So hopefully the above works

I also cut the portions down.

I haven’t had any potato since

No fires
No mash potatoes
No bake potatoes
No chips
No cookies

I only have done what they told me.

Did you try anything besides the noodles? I'm asking because we did an order during the early days of the pandemic. The noodles worked really well for when we need a base for a quick meal and we still keep some around.

We also tried things like their chili crisps and kinda just found them to be fine. We ended up sticking with home made or Lao Gan Ma. I got a bottle of their tamari too. It's fine. That doesn't line up well alongside expensive.

We started selling a lot of their stuff to a specific Korean based tech supplier in my former role just before I left it. All of them sold like hot cakes.

Also, I'll be posting a lot more in this thread due to the honor that was bestowed upon me.

I've only tried those noodles and their gochujang korean BBQ sauce because I'm a whore for gochujang anything. It's solid but unspectacular. Probably wouldn't get it again. I just saw the noodles for the first time yesterday and love a good easy meal base like you said, so gave them a go. Worked perfectly for a workday lunch at home.

My brother in law got this for his birthday. Any good @JojoTheWhale ?

I’m the wrong person to ask because I don’t target the classic Jim Beam nutty profile (Beam, Basil Hayden, Booker’s, etc). There’s nothing wrong with it whatsoever. It’s just not to my personal taste.

General consensus on Booker’s these days is that it’s solid, but overpriced at the usual $100+ MSRP. As a present, the only real problem gets removed. I can’t give you specific batch notes on it unfortunately. I just don’t follow the lineup. Wish I could be of more help.

I got some gochujang sauce that was just OK as well. I can't remember the brand right now.
