Hey Kings fans,

May I offer you a PP specialist winger for your team full of excellent leadership named Michael Hoffman? Oh it's just, I mean, you guys are in a playoff spot but your team is in the bottom tier as far as PP% is concerned... Is it me or you called for reinforcements??

Meanwhile I mean you guys got good depth at RHD while Montreal cruelly lacks this. I mean you guys got Brandt Clarke who's gonna be a total stud, but can you tell us about how Helge Grans does in your AHL team and how likely a deal involving these two players could happen? I hear he's a good complete defenseman, I feel like on paper this feels like something both teams could look into! Maybe Kings add a little pick, I don't know...

Call me if anything! :)

If the Kings make Grans available, they’ll be entertaining offers from many teams and those offers will be far better than Hoffman’s bad contract.

One of our most loved and anticipated defense youngsters for a 32 year who didn't hit the 30 goals since 4 years, on pace for 13 goals.

Where do i sing ?

Right now i have no interest in any player in the Habs organization except Guhle.
And even this interest is kinda modest

Danault was the best piece we got from that org but I would probably toss a mid rounder for Edmundson to replace Edler for a few years.

For the PP, there is no solution until Sturm is removed from his position.

Again the word: regardless...

In all 32 teams, there is a player (s) who would be good to trade for... stop with the regardless.

Actually if a team have a bad year, its time to buy low from them

Yes, we have another proposal when Montreal fans want to get young talent for old not needed player.
Can you please stop?

Helge Grans is only a middling prospect (settle down Kings fans), so he's not untouchable.

But Hoffman has struggled for two consecutive years and is owed another $10m for the next two seasons. He's in that hard-to-say slot where a change of scenery *might* do him well, or it might not.

It's not a terrible proposal, but I suspect the Kings wouldn't want to tie up the funds on the gamble.

If Hoffman were a UFA this year he may have some value. No interest in using our cap space on him for next year and the year after

You wouldn't take Suzuki, Caufield or Romanov regardless of the asking price??

This is absolutely correct, since i don't see any of them improving my team.

All of us have seen what happens when your guys hit a real men team like Tampa.
Here is the west more and more teams are build like that.
We have to deal with teams like Colorado where everyone is freaking 6'4

Let's say even if your dwarfes would have the same talent, which they don't, the other team is still stronger, bigger and faster.

Why the hell would i trade for that?

Did it ever occur to you that being at the bottom of the league is somehow connected to the players playing on your team?
Since nobody is standing out in a really bad team, i have no reason to trade for any of them

Where did he struggle last season ?
27 goal pace.

Lets not act his numbers arent a result of a bad Habs team.

Still NO though.

Dude, this is a horrific offer.
Beside that, we decide in this make believe trade forum who is untouchable and who is not.
With that said, Grans is not untouchable but we would need offers from a team with real NHL players.

Also calling for a 32 year old need for a change of scenery makes you a very talented comedian.
The only change of scenery benefiting him would be moving into an old folks home

Agreed , please stop . If the Kings were serious contenders they might consider moves that bring in a veteran or two for picks and/or prospects , now is not that time , as of now they are contenders for a playoff berth and that's a nice step forward for them if they make it .

Yah.. and everybody sees how Byfield and Turcotte aren't dominating in the AHL, Villardi is heading to Bust territory faster than Usain Bolt, and the LAK are stuck in the middle of the pack for a long time!

Thanks for the input tho. Unlike your pathetic team, Habs didn't have the luxury of finishing with top 5 picks 3-4 ywars in a row and 6 times in the past 10 years ish

I have literally no idea what you see in Romanov but let's play that game.

What would you Habs guys realistically want for Romanov?
Vilardi +

Not a player the Habs can afford to move now though.

Here is in my opinion the list of Canadians young players and prospects Kings can be interested in trades for their young players and prospects:
Romanov, Guhle, Caufield, Musak and Struble
Please do not bother to offer something Montreal do not need, LA does not need it either.
