He's been pretty bad on the PP lately. Definitely not the only problem

But it needs a new look. This forces the hand

Tavares on his own is meh, whatever on a lot of nights, but it's interesting the team didn't step up in his absence vs New Jersey, while they're usually all hands on deck whenever some of the other starts are out.

Not sure what it says about the psychology of how they feel about JT, or what it says about the guys on the roster who can't find any motivation to do anything these days.
