Yep....just have a gut feeling the Canucks won't get this right.....will be a surprise if Willie finishes the year, and if he does, likely won't be back for the final year of his contract...and if Green walks, that leaves journeyman coach Troy Ward in Utica and some guy with in interim label in VanCity.

I really REALLY hope Green sticks around to become head coach. He can't be worse than Desjardins or Dallas Eakins. I think he gets the most out of his players.

Like Green as coach of the Comets, to me he still needs more seasoning before getting a NHL head coaching job. My preference would be Gulutzan over Green in the foreseeable future for an NHL HC.
