I really dont know what to think anymore about the IIHF. The championships are being played on ice that starts melting literally 10 minutes after the start of the games. The freezing machinery (or whatever it is called) is not working properly so they installed the one working in the training arena. But that does not work properly too!! The ice keeps melting and is covered by water so the puck is hard to control. What I dont understand is A) Why did not the IIHF demand a new arena to be built just like it was last year in the czech rep. and in Russia in 2000! B) Why havent the Austrians been more prepared?! How could this be happening on the most important international event of the year? Any comments anyone? What do you think?
